Have you noticed that young women are thinner than they used to be? I was grateful not to see her knobby knees or more of her bony spine, which I knew were lurking ghoulishly under thick fleece. I think it’s enough to say that she is starving to death, she knows it, and she’s showing it off while covered in blood.
