well observed! i was just explaining the importance of comparison and contrast in observation to a friend. Doctors are conditioned, in fact, incentivized, to look for ill health opportunities for the system to be fed. the old tyme country doc, who came to your house, did not. He also saw you when you were healthy as part of the community. Teaching has some problems like that too. in big institutions, like public school, the kid has to adjust to a new teacher every year, and the teacher takes months figuring out HOW to teach that kid, if they are allowed that leeway at all. every kid every person is so different. I sometimes think even health can boil down to more hugs a day, or a fun goal to keep life interesting.
Absolutely. Plus the doctors of old did everything -- there was no sending you to a specialist. Public school absolutely fixates upon the negative, with the child as original (ignorant) sinner who needs to be remedied via a One Sized Fits All rat race set of curricula. Teachers are interchangeable because they are dispensible.
Maybe that's why I find mainstream religion feels so slimy and gross to me... spirituality is as deeply personal as it gets. Mainstream religion is all about forcing individuals into a one-size-fits-all perception of God. It's sleazy.
it is. I could not do it. went against the whole family. I hate to lie, and you have to, to claim you believe all that. no one needs that kind of bs. the real world is so full of mystery and magic, why go to church? To feel guilty and ashamed? no.
“Babies and little children are pumped full of brain and body damaging vaccines because of the aforementioned beliefs.”
My two college roommates endured polio as children. Their lives were shortened and brutalized by the experience. What they wouldn’t have given to have had access to the Salk vaccine. Are you fucking insane?
The Salk vaccine was a bit different. Like the smallpox vaccine, it introduced a tiny amount of dead virus to the immune system so the immune system could be built up by the "victory" it waged over the small dose of dead virus. It built upon the strength of the immune system. Compare today's MMR vaccines et m. given to 0-2 year olds which are part of a ridiculous onslaught of a "schedule". It's wholesale immune system assault, all done for profit.

Agreed! even one size fits all spirituality should be questioned.
